There are 18 pickling tanks with a total area of approximately 4,000 square meters, and their chemical compositions are sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.

Using Materials

Production Method

After the cement surface treatment of the acid washing tank lining is completed, SWANCOR CP95 primer resin is applied first. Then, nine layers of short-cut mat (Chopped StrandMat) and SWANCOR 901-p are laminated. Finally, SWANCOR 901 with air-drying agent is applied as the topcoat to form a resin-rich corrosion-resistant layer.
